At a glance: Subscription management for trials provides all the insights you need from new trials, active trials, trial cancellations and trial conversions.

Group the results by Product, Country, Currency, Ad Network, or Campaign to give better insights based on your tracking needs.

The graph visualises performance trend over time with cost. Hover your cursor over each date to see the comparison with the last 7 day period.

Chart Data tabulates the daily breakdown with day-to-day change percentages compared with the last 7 days.


New Trials

The total number of trial start events for the selected period.


Trial-to-paid Conversion

Trial-to-Paid Conversion Rate is calculated as the ratio of:

For example, 10 trial start events occurred on January 1st. The duration of the trial is 5 days.
3 trials were converted on January 6th, and the rest of the trials were cancelled. The trial conversion rate for January 1st equals 3/10 = 30%.


Kindly be aware that the chart will display a 0% conversion rate for the last 3-7 days, as trials from this period have not yet undergone conversion. The chart will be promptly updated with the conversion value once the event occurs.


Trial Cancellation Rate

Trial Cancellation Rate is calculated as the ratio of:

Active Trials

This shows the active trial subscriptions for the selected dates. The chart presents the segmentation of active trials by their auto-renew state - Auto-Renew Enabled, Auto-Renew Disabled.

Trials Movement

Trials Movement chart helps you understand how your trial subscriptions base changes over time. This chart features the trend in the trial subscriptions (above 0; trial started) and trials expired (below 0; trial expired).

Note

A trial is still active even when a user turns off auto-renewal before the trial expiration period. This user still has access to paid features.

The chart's title shows the net number of trial subscriptions during the selected period with a change percentage compared to the previous period of the same duration.

Example: 2023-12-01 to 2023-12-05 (5 days) compared to 2023-11-26 to 2023-11-30 (5 days)
