Why am I not seeing my Creative Group in Transmit Creative?

Kindly check to ensure that the following setups are correct:

  1. In Data Connector > Ad Network

    1. Check that the app is linked to the subaccount

  2. In Creative Hub > Upload Creatives

    1. Select the corresponding app when creating “Creative Group”

Once these two steps are completed, you will be able to see the Creative Group in Transmit Creative.
