At a glance: Centralising all ad creatives for easy management & optimisation across multiple ad networks.

Connecting Ad Network

Cost Center’s Creative Hub supports Unity, YouTube, Mintegral and ironSource ads.

For YouTube:

  • Go to “Data Connectors” and add a new data connector.

  • Select “Asset Management” to create a “YouTube” connector

  • Authorise your YouTube account and link the YouTube connector to the relevant apps

For Unity/Mintegral:

  • No additional setup is required


You can start managing your creatives in Creative Hub by uploading ad assets directly.

Once the creatives are uploaded, transmit them to the preferred ad network.

Upload Creatives

1. Go to Your Organisation > Creative Hub

2. Select "Upload Creatives". This supports image, video, and playable files.

3. Select the "Applicable Apps" and the "Creative Group"

4. Once uploaded, you can expand on each "Creative Group" folder to view the uploaded files.


Transmit Creatives - YouTube

1. Next, click on "Transmit Creatives"

2. Choose the Destination > YouTube Ad Network, "Sub-account" and the creative you want to send.

3. Add in the "Title" and select the "Privacy status"

Definitions

Private - Anyone on YouTube can see public videos. They can also be shared with anyone using YouTube.

Unlisted - Unlisted videos and playlists can be seen and shared by anyone with the link. Your unlisted videos won’t appear in the Videos tab of your channel homepage.

Public - Private videos can only be seen by you and whomever you choose. Your private videos won’t appear in the Videos tab of your channel homepage.

4. Click on "Submit" to transmit the creatives.


Transmit Creatives - Unity

This allows you to create a "Creative Pack" in Unity.

1. Next, click on "Transmit Creatives"

2. Choose the Destination > Unity Ad Network, "Sub-account" and the creative you want to send.

3. Select the Variation based on the type of creatives you have:

  • Video & End card

  • Playable

  • Video & Playable end card

4. The file formats will change based on the variation selected.

5. Choose the creative files that are corresponding to each asset type.

6. Click on "Submit" to transmit the creatives.


Transmit Creatives - Mintegral

Sending creatives to Mintegral is straightforward

1. Click on "Transmit Creatives"

2. Choose the Destination > Mintegral Ad Network.

3. Select the "Connector" and the creatives you want to send.

4. Upon submission, Cost Center will send the selected files to Mintegral. This may take a few minutes.


Assign Creatives

Lastly, assign the creatives to the respective campaigns.

1. Click on "Assign to Campaigns"

2. Select Destination > Google Ads. Choose your sub account.

3. Here, you can "Clone Ad Group" or "Update Ad Group"

Clone Ad Group - Duplicate existing ad group with all existing assets

Update Ad Group - Add, Remove, Update with assets


For Clone Ad Group (Same sub-account)

1. Select your "Source Ad Group", and give your new Ad Group a name

2. Tick the ad group that you would like to clone.

2. Select Campaign for the new ad group

4. Toggle on/off "Copy Videos" if you would like to include or exclude existing videos for the newly cloned ad group.

Note:

Turning off "Copy videos" will only copy images and text from the ad group.

5. Then, select new videos that you would like to add to this cloned ad group.
6. Click on "Submit" to proceed with cloning.


For Clone Ad Group (Different sub-account)

1. In "Assign to Campaign", select 2 different "Sub-Accounts"

2. Choose the "Source Ad Group" that you would like to clone, and give your new Ad Group a name

3. Next, select the "Campaign" that you would like to copy to for the new ad group. This campaign will be from the other sub-account.

4. Toggle on/off "Copy Videos" if you would like to include or exclude existing videos for the newly cloned ad group.

Note:

Turning off "Copy videos" will only copy images and text from the ad group.

5. Then, select new videos that you would like to add to this cloned ad group.
6. Click on "Submit" to proceed with cloning.


For Update Ad Group

1. Choose the ad group to update

2. Under "Replace Current Videos", you can choose to:

  • Keep All - To retain existing videos plus add new videos

  • Replace all - To remove existing videos and add new videos

  • Replace low performance videos only - To remove low-performing videos based on Google's suggestions

Go to your Google Ads campaign to review "low-performance videos" as suggested by Google.

3. Select the new videos that are to be added to the ad group

4. Click on "Submit" to update the ad group
