Connect third-party data

To activate your organisation, start connecting with the various services that you are subscribed to for your user acquisition campaigns.

1. Log into Your Organisation > Data Connectors > New Data Connector

To add new connectors, click on “New data connector” and choose the type of service it belongs to (e.g. Ad Network, Attribution, Mediation etc) and select the data source. Give a unique name before saving.

2. For connectors that require more credentials for access, open up "Credentials" to edit bids section and add in required credentials there.

3. Click on “?” for the instructions on how to retrieve your credentials. Click on "Save".

Link your app with data sources

1. Go to Apps > Click on "+ New App". Add your apps using the app store URL.

2. Once the app is added, link the app to its connectors by going to Your App > Settings > Linked Connectors

Ideally, an app needs to link to ALL four types of connectors:

  • Ad Networks: Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Unity, ...

  • Analytics Service: Firebase, BigQuery, ...

  • Attribution Service: Appsflyer, Adjust, Tenjin, ...

  • Mediation Service: Admob, IronSource Mediation / Max Mediation

Once all the data connectors and apps have been added, it will take about an hour for Cost Center to import historical data for the last 30 days. After an hour, you’re all set to manage your campaigns in Cost Center. Click into any app of yours.

By going to your app, you will be directed to the "Overview" page to monitor all your campaigns’ performances.

Singular MMP Setup

When connecting with Singular MMP, you must set up internal BI postbacks (or callbacks) via Partner Configuration page in your Singular dashboard.

1. Configure partner settings in Singular (Instructions)

2. Copy the Postback URL from Cost Center and paste into Singular's conversion postback setup in Step 3.

3. Once connected, you will see the apps listed within Singular's connector in Cost Center > Data Connector.

4. Link your app to the respective app project in Singular connector.
