There are six* types of roles, namely "Owner", “Member”, “Guest”, "Designer", "Product" and "Monetisation".

Owner: Gets full access rights to the organisation including billing and usage.

Member: Gets limited access to the platform features and available apps excluding Dashboard, Account Report, Data Connectors, Members and Settings.

Guest: Allows your users to read reports shared from custom reports

Designer: Access Creative Center and Creative Hub to view the performance of campaign creatives

Product: Access Level Analytics, Cohort and A/B Testing for game improvement

Monetisation: Access Campaign Center and Mediation AB Testing

*All roles are available for Enterprise organisations. Organisations on Essential plan only have "Member" role.

Invite member

  • Go to Members > + Invite Member

To send an invitation to a new member or a guest, click the “+ Invite Member” button at the top right corner.

  • Add in the email address of a new user and select a "Role".

  • Optional: Check the selection for Allow Apps > All Apps to grant future access to newly added apps

  • Then, select a role. Click on "Invite" to save.


Resend invite

  • Click on the "Mail" icon to trigger a resend invite to the user


View list of reports shared with a user

  • Click on the "Shared Reports" icon

  • You will be redirected to each report by clicking on the respective report links

  • Or, delete the report by clicking on the "Delete" icon


Remove members

  • Click on the "Edit" icon of a user under the "Action" column

  • Click on "Remove" to delete user from the organisation
