Organisation History shows a comprehensive log of all the past bids and budgets adjustments of all your apps. Four (4) types of history are available: Rules Bidding, Bid by Keyword, Bid by Campaign and Budget by Campaign.
Go to main Settings > Organisation History
You can further filter the generated report based on Users, Application, Country and Date Range.
