Cost Center's methodology of calculating RR differs from both MMP and GA. A common issue is that MMP may give users that do not exist in GA, these users could be considered as fraud. While Cost Center still counts them, these "users" do not exist in Firebase. This affects the Retention Rate calculation (no. of users active in Dx divided by total users) thus RR is lower than the one in GA.
