Discrepancy between ROAS in Cost Center and MMP
Discrepancy between ROAS in Cost Center and MMP
Updated over a week ago

At a glance: Find out how ROAS is calculated in Cost Center to analyse your campaigns better.

Background

  • Cost Center calculates ROAS Dx only when there is enough revenue data. I.e ROAS D3 is only calculated for days less than current date - 4.

ROAS Dx = LTV Dx / eCPI

How to troubleshoot

  • Expand the report to date level to find out which days have enough data for Dx.

  • If you’re more familiar with the way that MMPs calculate, you can change the setting to always calculate ROAS Dx even when there is not enough data.

Go to App Settings > Advanced > Revenue Metric Data Availability > Latest

  • Note that Cost Center's Bid Automation will consistently employ the "Completed" revenue calculation to ensure reliable metrics without missing data even after adjusting settings

  • You can also select the report date range (i.e. From Date - To Date) to an earlier date to ensure sufficient data for the Dx you're examining across all days.
